Anxiety affects children, adolescents, and adults and has become a specialty of mine after 12 years of working in the Peninsula. Here in the Peninsula, there is a concentration of highly ambitious and accomplished people. The atmosphere of high achievement, coupled with a biological tendency toward anxiety, can result in problematic levels of anxiety for your child or adolescent.
With anxiety, cognitive behavioral therapy can be very beneficial. Most children, teens, and adults can benefit from a combination of psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy, and talk therapy.
I offer a wide range of services to people of all ages, including:
- Child, Adolescent, and Parent Coaching
- Couple’s counseling
- Individual Therapy
- Group Therapy for children with anxiety
