Adults and Couples
Adults and couples can have a hard time coping with certain stressors in life, whether at work or at home. I help adults and couples work through their problems and teach them how to cope with these situations.
I treat individuals for depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and grief. I incorporate psychodynamic, attachment theory, family systems, and cognitive-behavioral ideas into my therapy.
I have a group for children with anxiety. The group has two components, one for children where they interact with one another and learn tools to cope with worries and stress, and a parent group that teaches the same tools that the children learn and offers psychoeducation related to anxiety. The groups meet at the same time and are run by myself and my colleague Dr. Jocelyn Cremer.
